 The MOD-C for 1"
lights. The patent pending design is the
only mount that incorporates a light holding ring along with a complimenting
accessory host platform. This unit is extremely light, weighing in at a mere
1.4oz.This mount securely aligns the barrel and magazine tube while providing
a superior platform for a 1" light with a 1.250" bezel. You can mount an
optional rail on the other half to hold additional lighting or targeting
systems. There is even an optional sling swivel dock for QD push button sling
swivels. |
 The MOD-C for 3/4" lasers.
It is the same great mount only for a 3/4" laser
or light. You can use an optional rail on the other side for a light
such as a TLR1 or any other light with a built in picatinny or weaver female
mount. You can also use the optional sling swivel dock for a QD push button
sling swivel. |
 The BMT
clamp. This is your basic barrel and magazine
tube clamp. Also great for a single "light-to-barrel" mount. This is probably
the lightest clamp on the market weighing in at only 1oz. Don't let
the light weight fool you since the technology behind the engineering is
what makes this little clamp so powerful. |
 The MT clamp.
This is the magtube clamp that works like the
BMT. This clamp allows you to have the light, lasers or combination in an
optimal position without having to remove the clamp to remove the barrel.
This clamp will fit the Winchester 1300, Mossberg 500 and many others with
a 1" magazine tube. Yes, it will even work on the 590. The MT clamp is made
from lightweight aircraft aluminum with a stainless steel threaded insert
for repeated removal without issue of worn threads. |
1913
milspec rails. Another first, these are
optimally designed so that they don't need to be removed in order to remove
the clamp. They come in 3 and 6 slot versions. The 6 slot rails can be mounted
in 2 positions to increase your mounting options. |
The QD Swivel Dock is a
great way to attach a sling to your weapon. It works with all MOD-C, BMT
and MT clamps. It is made of steel, not aluminum, for that 1950's Buick toughness
you can rely on. Want to remove the clamp? Just remove the sling and
undo 1 screw. Very simple. |

The MT clamp is the latest family member to come
along in a few months. This is a great little clamp that serves multiple
purposes. I designed this as another platform to mount a light or a
laser but it evolved into something else. This is a great little sling swivel
point. It mounts right on the magazine tube and won't interfer with
the removal of the barrel. It is easy to take on and off as 1 screw
holds it. The clamp band, machined from high grade quality aircraft
aluminum billet, is 1" wide and goes nearly around the entire tube for a
superior clamp and terrific hold. It uses a stainless steel threaded insert
for excellent grip under the pressure of recoil. It is lightweight at .9
of an ounce, not including accessories. Fully loaded with a 6 slot
rail, sling swivel dock and sling swivel, it weighs in at only 3.1 ounces.
I know of some clamps that weigh more than that by themselves with nothing
on them. All the extras are available as well . |

Mounting Options #1 with a Streamlight
TLR-1 |
The BMT clamp, when combined with
a scope rail, is the best way to mount a TLR-1 and other lights with built
in mounts. By using the longer rail you can move your light back close to
the forend where you can reach the switch with your fingers. There are many
forends with rails tacked on and they take a lot of grip room away. By
using a BMT clamp with 6 slot rail, you have the light in a convenient location
without taking room away from your grip. The light is also more stable mounted
on the weapon than it is on a moving part of the shotgun. My hand is in a
comfortable postion to actuate the light switch. If the light was mounted
on the forend, it would be in the way of my grip.

Mounting Options #2 with a Surefire
G2 |
What I like about this set up is that
you can reach the tail switch without the light being in the way of the forearm.
When you mount a light on a forearm, it is taking room from your grip.
The light is also subject to movement when you load another shell. With this
mount it is solidly attached to the barrel and magazine tube and will not
move. The only thing I would recommend is that you go with the LED version
of the G2 not the Xenon bulb model (shown). You can also get a drop
in LED conversion. The G2 also has a larger body than 1" and you might not
be able to mount it in some scope rings. The G2 will not fit the MOD-C
mount.

Mounting Options #2 with a Streamlight
Polytac LED |
This system is using an inexpensive
Weaver scope ring to mount a Streamlight Polytac. Once again you can reach
the tail switch without the light being in the way of the forearm. With
this mount it is solidly attached to the barrel and magazine tube and will
not move. The Polytac has a smaller body than 1" but it will fit the MOD-C
with some shim stock. It is free for the asking when you
order.
